Shelter Needs

The needs of people who are homeless are basic - a place to rest, food to eat, an address to receive vital correspondence, the occasional use of a telephone, use of restrooms and bathing facilities, access to laundry facilities and clean clothing, secure storage for belongings, and means for necessary transportation.

Clinic Needs

In addition to shelter and basic needs, the Day Center's Clinic provides medical care to those who otherwise cannot afford it. Volunteer nurses and doctors, and medical students provide services in the well-equipped on-site medical clinic under the supervision of a staff Nurse Practitioner and a Registered Nurse.
